You’ll be encouraged to take chances and push yourself further than you have ever thought possible. The progress you’ll make, and the skills you’ll develop, in this program will prove that you can be successful at anything if you put the time and effort into it. When you learn to be confident in your body, you become confident in life. The improved self-confidence you’ll gain will help you confront all of life’s challenges with a more positive outlook.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Judo are two distinct forms of self-defense. Beyond self-defense learning Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) and Traditional Judo teaches students how to improve both physically and mentally.

By studying BJJ and Judo, you will improve your strength, flexibility, and overall health.

You’ll learn to take down and submit opponents with tremendous power and effectiveness. Hopefully, you’ll never need to fight, but should the occasion arise, you’ll know how to protect yourself and your family.

The mental aspects of BJJ and Judo help students learn situational awareness in order to avoid dangerous people, places, and activities. BJJ and Judo not only teaches you how to handle yourself in dangerous situations, it helps you avoid the need for a physical confrontation altogether. As stated in The Art of War “The greatest victory is that which requires no battle.”
